Payment
We accept credit and debit cards as listed on the site.
For trade orders online, we now accept payment by invoice/BACS.

You place the order online and we will send you an invoice. New customers will have to pay a proforma invoice before we dispatch the cards. If you are a new customer and want a speedy delivery and don't want to pay by credit card, then you can send a cheque before receiving the pro-forma but please be clear the date you ordered online so we can match it against our records.

Delivery
Orders will be despatched, by post, within 3-4 working days of cleared payment being received (existing customers with good credit) will have cards delivered and payment will be 30 days from invoice.

Next day or express deliveries can be quoted for on request.

Returns/Damages
Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged on delivery, we will replace with an identical item immediately (stocks permitting). If replacement is not available we will offer an alternative product or full refund.

Should we so require, we will arrange collection of the faulty/damaged product. For any returns of perfect goods, a 25% handling charge will apply. All perfect returns are to be returned to us at the purchasers expense and should arrive at our premises in a saleable condition, within their original packaging.

Any faults/damages must be reported within 24hours of delivery. Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods subject to their condition being as requested. Any items returned to us by the purchaser that were deemed perfect at the time of return but arrive at our premises damaged or unsaleable will not be credited. It is the purchasers responsibility to insure any "perfect" returns if the consignment is of substantial value.

Cancellations
Any order cancellations must be effected within 24 hours of order placement. Due to credit/debit charges incurred by us immediately an order is placed, a 15% cancellation charge will be effected on any cancelled orders. Should the order have been despatched prior to cancellation, the above mentioned returns policy will apply.

Shipping
All trade orders placed on line will receive free delivery (phone/faxed orders will be charged £7 for orders under 120 cards) We can ship outside of UK mainland - prices available on request. Currency - we accept payments in UK £STG only. Our Site Terms and Conditions
